| The first three photos were taken with a 2 megapixel digital camera with a 16 second exposure. The other six were taken with 800 speed film using a 35 mm camera at f/1.8 using a 50 mm lens with a 30 second exposure. Click on any of the photos to see a larger image. The location was in a cornfield northwest of Davenport, Iowa. Viewing these aurora was a fantastic experience! | ||
