Dues. Normally the annual dues are paid at the Section meetings via the registration form. This is very convenient. If you are not able to attend these meetings in a particular school year, please use this form.

Membership Listserv. When you join the Illinois Section you become a subscriber to its unmoderated Membership Listserv. This listserv is a useful and efficient way to communicate with the membership. Currently there are about 260 subscribers. If you use this form to drop your name from the membership list, your e-mail address will also be deleted from the Membership Listserv.

Payment. If you are paying your dues, please make out your check to "ISAAPT", send it to our Secretary-Treasurer (Dave Sykes), and make a note on the check that you have submitted this form. He will send you an e-mail acknowledgement when the check is received.

Records. The information you are hereby sending to our server will be written to a temporary file. The webmaster will periodically transfer this information to the Update file, the internal database file, and the Dues file (if dues are being paid) using the code for the next meeting. After each Section meeting, the Attendance file is also updated.
