Questions and Answers about Registration after March 15th

Q. Your cover letter indicated that you would appreciate pre-registration by March 15th. Is pre-registration possible after that date?

A. Yes. The March 15th date is not a deadline. Pre-registration forms received by that date will help with conference planning. It will be helpful to know how many participants we can expect.

Q. Will hotel rooms be available at conference rates after March 15th?

A. No, unless individual hotels are willing to waive the deadline. You might want to ask when you make your reservation request.

Q. How late are you willing to accept pre-registration by mail or fax?

A. Pre-registration should be completed as soon as possible after March 15th. At the very latest, your pre-registration form must arrive at ISU by April 4th. If you cannot have your pre-registration postmarked by April 1st, please plan on registering on site so that your registration form isn't "stuck" in the mail.

Q. So, on-site registration is possible?

A. Yes, though you will not be able to register for any conference meals, and may not be able to register for any workshops. Our workshops are proving to be quite popular with pre-registrants, and most -- if not all -- will be full very soon.
